The Pembina Valley Wellness Studio has been founded on two main ideas:
- That everybody has the capacity to live a fully balanced lifestyle.
- That everybody’s version of balance is going to be different; no two people will find balance in the exact same ways.
The goal of the Pembina Valley Wellness Studio is to provide options to help people discover the best, balanced version of themselves. There will be three different offerings at the studio to help you achieve this:
- Yoga
- Resistance Training
- Personal Training
All of these classes are offered through weekly group classes, or can be scheduled for one-on-one sessions or small group training workshops.
